Made
it back safely from the almost-week long conference in Seattle. Fun to go; fun
to come home. Must be more of a country girl than I thought! Seriously though,
it was fun, snow or no snow (and there was snow). Won't bore you with the work-conference
stuff I was there for, but we also snuck in time to do a drive-by exploration
of Pike's Market in the daytime, and to take the monorail to the Space Needle.
I never knew it was built for the World's Fair! Speaking of, does anyone know
if World’s Fair still happens?
