    I love sending care packages, but I have a question about the balloons: are they pre-blown-up or do you send them flat? I'm always worried they will pop!

      Sadly, I have not tried the balloons yet! Onpinterest, the balloons were blown up and sent. I think whether the pop would depend partly on how tightly packed they are and what elseis in the box....
