Mini Care Packages

MiniPackageCollage

I love the idea of mini-care packages! Little figurines, game pieces, interesting labels, erasers and small shiny things... I grew up in a home full of these things, so there can seem to be an art to the interestingly placed items. If nothing else, they should bring a smile or small laugh to the receiver  and if they get thrown out or passed on, no harm done.

Be aware though- if you are sending this fun mail as a package, the U.S. postal system (and likely most postal systems) require packages be of a certain size in order to put proper postage on them. So you may need to put these cute little surprises in manila envelopes. Or, if the package is less than 13 oz. try you luck mailing it as regular mail! If an item is 13 oz. or less you should be able to mail it with a stamp.

  6. Care packages are already so fun, so I think a MINI one would be even cuter!!! Also, I don't think I have officially said CONGRATULATIONS on your engagement yet! I even went back and read the about a boy post, which was adorable! His proposal sounds so cute and thoughtful, wishing you both a ton of happiness in this new year!

  9. Aw, adorable! I love the little stack of strawberry pancakes-cuuuute! To answer your question the job I have now is as a site coordinator at an afterschool program. I write lesson plans and schedule activities for the students who are enrolled. I used to work at a site with 50 students as a helper, but now I moved to a smaller school as the coordinator with only 16 kids in the program. I really like it and I'm not sure I'll ever want to be a regular elementary teacher. There's too much structure!
