Alright, this month has not been all romantic candles and moonlight. I don't talk about certain parts of my life much, but it has been stressful with a family member in the hospital and my own struggles with headaches. That doesn't mean there hasn't been a lot to love though! What have you been loving this month?
Outfits to Love
Ever have a clothing item you just can't get enough of? My love for remixing (and my clothes!) was plenty in evidence this February!
Mail to Love
Mail and fashion collided when
I got my first popbasic box. There was also new post in my Letter Writing Series about how to send heart-felt, and tactful
sympathy notes.
Movies to Love
We celebrated the Oscars this month by looking at a (very) few of the winners. Want a good film? Then check out
All the President's Men,
The African Queen, and the ultimate classic film
Citizen Kane!
Plans to Love
There were a lot of big things happening for this little blog over the past month! I celebrated my one year
blog anniversary, and
a readers' survey (want to tell me something? The survey is still open!). I also joined
Modcloth's Style Gallery. Have you? It's super easy to do. Also, if you
follow me on twitter, then you might also know that my parents dog
Gidget, had puppies! I'm keeping the lone female baby. Any good dog name suggestions for this Fox Terrier girlie-o?

February was a great month for you Kristian! I love all the remixing you've been doing lately. I have been trying to incorporate more remixing in my wardrobe as well. I have the hound sleuth dress and it really is my favorite dress! One of our chihuahuas is mixed with a dachshund so it's extra special to me :). And thanks for the mention! I think all the Flock Together ladies are pretty fabulous and we all had a great month ♥

So much to love here Kristian! Gotta say, these kinds of posts are always my favorite b/c for me seeing remixes are the most inspiring being a gal who is constantly shopping her closet and keeping to a budget.
Reply DeleteThat's so exciting about keeping one of your parents' puppies. She is a doll! And how ever did I miss Ashley's post on Ruche?! It's beautiful! -Thanks for the baby announcement shout out too :) I just love our group of flock together gals :-)
I watched the African Queen this week on tv. It's always been up there with my faves.
With all this being said - I'm very sorry about your family member in the hospital. Hoping that they are doing much better and getting stronger every day. Also sending well wishes to you - headaches are simply no fun. Feel better Kristian!

I love to see remixes too, so know what you mean! My clothes are actually in a lot more rotation than it seems on the blog; i'm always surprised to realize how few times certain items have made it on the blog. But then, I don't do that many outfits per week. Always so inspired by you girls who do it five or so times a week!
DeleteCongrats about the baby once again and thank you for the well-wishes!
magenta <3 such a lovely color. nice styling as well
