February | March | April | May June | July | August | August (again) | September | September (again) | October | September (once again) | October (last) | November | December | January
Style-wise, I think I'm growing more and more to a simpler, more "classic" style. Fall is quite obviously my favorite time of year- I tried choosing just one outfit from each month but August, September and October all got multiple outfits fit in! Many items in my closet saw a lot of reuse, as even this small sample of outfits shows, and I'm also embracing pants more, though skirts and dresses are still well loved items too.On the whole Never Fully Dressed (Without a Style) has gone through it's own changes and growing pains. Though reader growth has not been as large as in the first year (hardly surprising. When you start at zero, any growth is huge), but there's been a lot of work to refine what Never Fully Dressed was- as a a thing I invested time and effort into, as something others read and enjoyed, and as a brand and aesthetic. I even took classes, such as those from Alt For Everyone. New post series were started, and Never Fully Dressed even started, very selectively, working with other companies and brands.
The past year has also been a big year for me personally. I was diagnosed with Diabetes I in April and in October my grandmother, whom I helped to care for, passed away. I talked briefly about the complicated feelings inherent in this. I also moved (and eventually got a new job) because The Boy and I got married in June!
And then we visited Paris for the honeymoon too!
One thing that didn't change was the sheer awesome of the people I know. You got to meet some of these people when The Boy and I did a fantastic photoshoots with some wonderful ladies- My sister....
And not one but two photoshoots my friend, Shannon!
Elsewhere on the blog, I also started several new blog post series including:
And some of my other favorite posts included:
Congrats on your second year Kristian! The amount of effort you put into your blog shows.
