A few nights ago, a carnival pulled into town. Cody might be a tourist destination, but when the locals have all seen what there is to see already, it can really feel like a one horse town. So you can imagine the excitement (okay, okay, mostly the excitement of kids, but still). Amos surprised me with a date out; its been literally years since I've been on a ride! We went on the Tilt-A-Whirl and, of course, the Ferris Wheel. It might be cliche, but I love how riding on a Ferris Wheel feels like a scene from a movie.
