Some of you may remember a while back, I wrote out a list of things I wanted to do this summer. When I was young father, who had summer's off,would take my sister and I up to the mountains to fly kites.
Many years later and The Boy and I were taking this rad kite up for a spin with the World's Cutest Sidekick, Gidget (yes, named for the film) on up into the Beartooth Mountains. A relaxing break from things- I'm not sure when was the last time I laughed so much for sheer joy. Hopefully your weekends were just as sweet too.

This just looks like too much fun! It's such an innocent activity, I wish people would fly kites more often. Actually, I should fly kites more often. You're bringing out the child in me!
